Select a model

Choose the right model considering three important factors: accuracy, speed, and cost.

  1. In the Gemini for Docs sidebar, click Settings.

  2. Select a Model. The list only includes models compatible with your current API key setup.

You can now submit a prompt in the current document with the selected model. Once a prompt is submitted, the model is saved along with all Model settings values, and is used for all prompts executed from Google documents.
